2D Animation

I am a self-taught animator, and with each new project, little by little, I hope that I improve. I've picked up skills in motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation, rigging in 2D and 3D, and more. I know my way around Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Blender 3D, and have played a bit with Maya, TVPaint, and ToonBoom Harmony.

Animation Memes

Animation memes are little animation projects that people do for fun. You can find them all over YouTube, and they are often made by young people hoping to become animators one day. These often involve head-bobbing characters set to copywritten music, but some can get quite elaborate. I like animation memes because they are good practice at project planning and animation itself, and they are relatively small projects so they can be completed quickly. Below, you can find a few animation memes that I have completed.

Multiple Animator Project (MAP) Parts

Multiple Animator Projects, or MAPs, are another fun way for animators to practice animation and get involved in larger projects. MAPs seem to have been around for a long time, but they really became popular thanks to a love of Warriors by Erin Hunter, a book series about clans of feral cats. I’ve animated for a few MAP projects. They are an excellent way to practice animation and get involved with an online community of animators.
